Another method to lose stomach fat is to cut down on your caloric intake. Instead of eating a full meal, try small frequent meals of 200-400 calories, separated by 2-3 hours in between throughout the course of the day.
It may seem like a lot, but most of the calories we indulge in have nothing to do with the main course, such as dressings and soft drinks which have little to no nutritional benefits but instead, are loaded with fats and simple sugars.
