Coconut water-Fighting Dehydration

Each time through the streets of major cities, often seen people selling young coconuts at the roadside. Besides thirst can treat the users of the road as a rest, young coconut water proved beneficial for the body a lot.

2. Increase water intake when training or during the move. If you do sports, especially sports sweat, do not forget to sweat, do not forget to drink before, during and after exercise.
