Yoga teachings built by Maharsi Patanjali, and are teaching a very popular among Hindus. The teachings of yoga are a practical science of Vedic teachings. Yoga is rooted from the word which means Yuj related, namely the meeting of the individual soul (atman / purusa) with the universal spirit (Paramatman / Mahapurusa). Maharsi Patanjali defines yoga as the cessation of motion Cittavrttinirodha mind. Yogasutra Literature Maharsi written by Patanjali, which is divided into four parts and contains 194 overall silk. The first part is called: Samadhipada, while the second part is called: Sadhanapada, the third part is called: Vibhutipada, and the latter: Kailvalyapada.
